Please also note you will need a printer to print out your return label. Returns that are damaged, worn, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. Items must be returned new, unused, and with all HVN tags still attached. Items returned without contacting our team and/or outside of the return window will be forfeited or returned to the customer at their expense. All shipping costs will be deducted from this refund - the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once the return is received and quality checked, you will receive a refund for the garment(s). Please do not forget to ship your return during these 5 business days, otherwise you forfeit the right to return your item(s). This return label is valid for 5 business days. If notice is received within this 7 day window, you will receive a return label for your package via email. We want you to be sure about your purchase, so if for some reason you want to return your item(s), please email within 7 days of receipt with your return request and order number. *Our return policy remains the same during the holiday season without exceptions. We cannot create return labels for FINAL SALE items and there are no exceptions.
